Warranty Coverage

If any Fit Box product or part is compromised due to defects in material or workmanship, we want the opportunity to correct the problem. We stand behind our products and will do whatever it takes to guarantee every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

When filing a claim, please be aware that warranted products and parts are replaced at Fit Box's discretion and warranties do not cover normal product wear and tear. Anything that has been modified or repaired outside of Fit Box will automatically void the warranty coverage. Warranties may be voided if a product or part is damaged due to negligent use, maintenance, storage and/or improper use/handling by the user. Fit Box does not guarantee that products from other companies are compatible with the Fit Box and warranties will automatically be voided in these cases.

Note: Negligent or faulty use includes but not limited to abusive dropping of any gear, product and/or any part of the Fit Box.
